Salary £25,000 – £30,000 plus uncapped commission (first year OTE £35,000 – £45,000)

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office

Our client, a market leader within the healthcare distribution sector is looking for an experienced, driven and results-focused Sales Account Manager to join their highly successful and growing organisation. You will have a HOT client base where 80% of your business will come from current accounts where you will need to manage their day to day needs and 20% new business (which could consist of inbound leads, word of mouth and simply being an expert in your industry and knowing of new businesses opening in your sector.)

The Successful Sales Account Manager Will Have / Be

  • A good grasp of numbers – knowing your margins from your mark-up
  • Exceptional communication skills – this is predominantly a phone-based role where having the ability to close an order on the phone there and then will hugely increase your earning potential
  • Self-motivated and keen to continually learn, exceed expectations and grow – the growth plans for our client are huge and managing your own team is absolutely a possibility in the not-so-distant future!
  • Excellent organisation skills – you will be given a client base of up to 120 clients – around 80% of which are live clients ordering now
  • An understanding / passion for the product they are selling (ideally) so anyone with an interest in the gym / healthcare would be of particular interest
